Lace shawl is knitted in strips which are joined with a decorative edging so that there is no sewing up after the shawl has been knitted.
The shawl can be used as a pram cover by reducing the number of strips and the length of each strip. A choice of 2 knitted fringes are added afterward to finish the outside edges.
Leave the shawl plain or personalise it with Fair Isle designs, embroidery or purchased motifs.
The original pattern was designed by Janice Engall, one of my club members and the sale of this pattern goes toward club funds.
